Please also include any marketing materials, pictures, brochures or business cards that we can display with the item. This will help us “sell” the item and highlight YOU, the vendor who is graciously donating.

Donate An Auction Item

If you are interested in donating an item for the Live or Silent Auction for this year’s Flip Flop Regatta, please download the 2011 Auction Donation Form.

Auction items can include, but are not limited to, restaurant gift certificates, trips, hotel accommodations, sports tickets and related merchandise, jewelry, clothing, and beauty or other services.

If you have an idea for something that has not been offered yet — this is your chance to be creative. The more diverse our selection is, the more attention it will garner, and the more money we will raise! If you would like to help solicit auction items, the 2011 Auction Solicitation Letter, provides background on The ALLY Foundation and the Flip Flop Regatta you can share with potential donors.
